-AI insight suggestions wait for real conversational context before appearing, instead of reacting to the first few words
-Recovered transcript segments are now correctly attributed to You vs Them
-Fixed a background helper process that could survive after quitting the app
-Screenshots and screen recordings now capture the display you are actually working on — previously both always captured the primary monitor on multi-display setups
-New: live transcription now works on networks that block WebSockets (strict corporate proxies and firewalls) by falling back to a pure-HTTPS transport automatically
-Hardened the fallback path: per-request timeouts, strict audio ordering, and safeguards so genuine sign-in problems are never masked
-Uniform overlay translucency across every surface — control bar, chat, transcript bubbles, live report, and shortcuts now share one adjustable "light mode"
