These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeekBye website and the GeekBye interview assistant application (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using GeekBye

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than our provided interfaces.
  • You retain ownership of content you input into the Services; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may require a subscription or one‑time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current term.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent usage limits.
  • No harassment, spam, or misuse that could harm others or our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to GeekBye and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services.
