One job. A CV and letter that agree.

The geekbye-cv-kit agent skill uses your master CV and a job description to select relevant evidence, prepare a matching cover letter and export editable documents. Unsupported requirements become questions, not invented experience.

Install the preview branch with Node.js 22.20 or newer. Main-branch publication is tracked in the repository.

A useful CV bullet answers three questions.

What was the problem? What did you personally contribute? What changed, or how did you verify it? Use a measured result when you have one; describe an honest qualitative outcome when you do not.

FICTIONAL WRITING EXAMPLE

  1. Choose a layout and open its ZIP in Overleaf. Select XeLaTeX and start with empty.tex.
  2. Replace prompts with your own facts. Keep project dates, technologies and repository links accurate.
  3. Compile, check every page, and copy the PDF text into a plain editor to inspect its reading order.
  4. Upload your finished PDF to the existing resume builder and ATS check, then rehearse the projects you will discuss.

Evidence before an ATS claim.

Two independent PDF extractors check the same candidate facts across all layouts. The existing GeekBye scorer reports content and job fit separately. Local checks do not prove compatibility with an untested hiring platform.
